Artist's Description

Be very careful when approaching this Fey, he can be very dangerous as well as enticing. If you spot him on one of your ventures into the deep forest try to keep your distance or at least try not to look him directly in the eyes. His gaze can be mesmerizing and before you can say "goblin" you may find yourself rolling around on a carpet of moss with him, trying to figure out how you got there.

Carrie Skinner

Carrie Viscome Skinner was born in Fulton NY in 1952 and now resides in the woods in Sterling NY with her Husband of 40+ years, a dog named Raven and about 20 chickens. Though Carrie studied art through college and museum courses she considers herself mostly a self-taught artist. She began her art career in the 1960's painting and selling portraits in acrylics, watercolors and pastels. She has also worked with various other media including silk screen printing, clay, wood and stone sculpting, fiber arts, and jewelry making and creating small, personalized books filled with her poetry and art. She is also a published poet and a lover of all things nature and holds a diploma in Environmental Conservation. The converging of art and nature is...
